What to Do...

Morning

After a nice breakfast at the Beach Club right on the beach it is nice to relax and stroll down the beach.

About a mile south of the hotel is a nice coffee nook where you will find locals galore. Anything you want to do you can find out from this gang. They are there nearly every day.

Afternoon

Right next to the coffee show is the Fort Lauderdale tour company. Here you can book tickets on the trolley or the Jungle Queen (for later).

We enjoyed the day on the water taxi for only $12. You can go anywhere you want for one price... as long as it is on the water. We went downtown.

Evening

Dinner found us back on the beach. The breeze off the ocean is delightful and the music in the background is a nice complement to the dinner.

On the next block south of the restaurant the music is uncomfortably loud for dinner music but they keep it going anyway.

Late Night

Late night found us back at the hotel enjoying drinks by the pool. Quiet ending to a very perfect day...

There is a lot to do in Fort Lauderdale but for me I never seem to need to farther than the beach to have the best of times.
