| Arrive for a 3-day 2-night stay at Lago Mar on Fort Lauderdale Beach on Friday to start the weekend off. The employees are wonderful and personal. They attend to your every need. Sit on the beach and get pampered and catered to by the beachside attendants. Grab a cocktail by the amazing pool that sits on the beach and relax before going out for a night on the town. Fort Lauderdale has this restaurant right on the beach called Coconuts Waterside. It is a great place for a romantic dinner or to take the whole family. Head back to the hotel and get ready for the day tomorrow. Saturday get up and enjoy breakfast from room service. Get to the beach for about an hour and then to The Galleria Mall and check out the scene. Afterward get a martini from the Blue Martini in Fort Lauderdale and dance to some live music. Then head back to Lago Mar and shop at some of the shops they feature on the property. On Sunday relax on the beach with a cool beverage and just enjoy the scenery. Go to the Hard Rock Cafe Casino and party for the last night. Along with Las Vegas style slots and tables, they have some great clubs and restaurants as well. Afterward, if you have any energy left, a good movie at the Swap Shop Drive-In is a perfect ending to a great weekend. |
