My Perfect Weekend... |

| I love to go to Fort Lauderdale, Florida for the weekend. It is so beautiful there, the beaches the malls, the flea markets; Fort Lauderdale is one of my favorite places to visit. The last time I visited the city was about 6 months ago. I like to arrive early Friday morning, so that I can have as much time as possible before Sunday when it is time to go back home, and get ready for work on Monday morning. On my last visit, my husband and I stayed at The Westin Beach Resort. This is a really nice hotel, but nothing compares to the beach. The sand is so white and pretty, and luckily the weather was beautiful. We got in town at around 11am, flipped a coin and went straight to The Galleria Mall. There are more major shopping malls in Fort Lauderdale than there are in my home city, I love to go shopping for good sales, and Fort Lauderdale has never let me down. We ate lunch at the Food Court, and bought food from the grocery store on Friday night. On Saturday, my husband and I laid on the beach all day, then had dinner at The Blue Moon Fish Company, the food was delicious, I will definitely go there the next time I am in Fort Lauderdale. Fort Lauderdale is my favorite vacation spot. |
