My Perfect Weekend...
When my sister and I decided to make a weekend trip to Fort Lauderdale, there’s nothing that we can imagine but a whole day of never ending merriment and fun! We have been obsessing about a weekend trip to this place since we’ve heard all praises about it being the so- called “Venice of America”. After some careful planning, we drove all the way to Fort Lauderdale to experience all the fun and mind you, fun is simply an understatement.

What more to do in Fort Lauderdale but enjoy the wonderful time at the beach. Jasmine and I made new friends with some of the beautiful people who are also enjoying the pristine sand and the sunny afternoon. We played volleyball with this couple James and Dina. We had a blast with them we even went kayaking with them. It was simply an amazing experience.

Later that afternoon, we even made a trip to the Hugh Taylor Birch State Park where we all gathered and enjoyed the multiple trails. The park was really rich with all the gifts of nature and so we gladly made sure we don’t run out of things to do. The fun did not stop with our guided nature walks, but we even managed to rent a canoe and it was just perfect. Later that day, we decided to go on a picnic with our new-found buddies. We shared food and told so many stories. It was just too admirable to forget.
